Sweet Cherry Ice Cream Punch
Ingredients
4.5 liters Sweet Cherry Just Juice
1.5 liters cream soda
1 cup Vodka
4-5 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1-2 cups frozen cherries
Garnish: frozen cherries, more ice cream, and fresh mint
Directions
Freeze the additional cherries for garnish and to keep the punch cold.
In a large punch bowl combine the sweet cherry juice, cream soda, and vodka.
Add in the vanilla bean ice cream and allow to melt a little bit.
Toss in 1-2 cups frozen cherries to keep the drink cold.
Pour into glasses and top with more ice cream, frozen cherries, and fresh mint.
